I don't come across many top-down shooter games these days, so it was really nice to see one pop up! And it's got a lot of really innovative gameplay mechanisms to give it a fresh twist on the genre too!
In this game, death isn't always the end for your character, not by a long shot. If you're close enough to another enemy when you die, you can switch over to their body to continue on your merry way! But be warned, the same is also true for your foes! If you pop a bullet into someone and they're in your radius be prepared to lose!
Every level brings with it some extra unique challenges which keeps the game flowing well, along with some nice character development between you and the team of peeps you have with you in between missions.
The futuristic apocalyptic storyline running in the background is well plotted out too, and with a bit more tweaking it can really shine!
I had a couple of issues that popped up now and again involving my guns deciding to make the bang-bang noises with no bullets in sight, but other than that it was a fun experience for sure!
Alright, I think that's enough waffling from me. If you fancy trying out a top-down shooter with a difference then definitely give this a look! =)
